how to keep a sketchbook

In the class Graphic Design I at Cal Poly, we were asked to keep daily sketchbooks throughout the quarter, culminating in a self-promo book assignment using a selection of these sketches. Every image in the book was hand-drawn by me over the quarter, and I wrote reflections about the process of keeping a consistent sketchbook (for the first time) to accompany the sketches.
